How do I place an order?

Creating an order is very simple through tshirtgang.com. 
Click on the [url=/cp/create]Create Order[/url] button on the top right. Fill in your customer's information - including name, shipping address, postal/zip, state/province and country.

Next, include your product ID number for the t-shirt ordered, shirt size, color and quantity. 

You can add multiple orders for a single customer by clicking on the "+" symbol under Order Entry.

Once finished, click Add to Cart.

How do I pay for an order I placed?

Accepted Answer

Every unpaid order you create will appear under your [url=/cp/cart]Shopping Cart[/url]. Click the PayPal button, login to your PayPal account and submit your payment.

Your cart will automatically be submitted to Tshirtgang for processing.

Question 3

How can I lower fees?

Accepted Answer

You can help lower your listing fees to as little as $0.03 a listing.

By opening up an eBay Store, sellers will be able to reduce their listing fees. eBay offers a number of subscription services for stores which can be found on their [url=http://pages.ebay.ca/storefronts/subscriptions.html]website here[/url]

Low volume sellers should consider opening up a Basic store, where high volume sellers should consider a Premium Store.

How do I know if my item shipped?

Tshirtgang allows you to see real-time updates of your customers orders. You can track your individual items through the [url=/cp/history]Order History Tab[/url]. Each of your previously submitted orders will appear in here.

Order processing can take up to 2 business days, excluding new sales, touch-ups and back-ordered stock.

Each Order # will include the ship date and a tracking number (US-only) to provide to your customers.

Why can't I edit my post?

Each user is allowed to edit their own post for up to 30 minutes after posting. Within this time period, a user can make as many changes to their post or thread as they want.

How do I create a new topic?

Creating a discussion topic on the forums is simple. Navigate to the [url=/forum]Community Forums[/url] and click on a forum you wish to begin a discussion in. Locate the "New Topic" button.

Note that some forums do not allow some members to create a new topic in, these buttons will be highlighted in grey.

Should members feel that another member is flamming, trolling, or being offensive to other members, click on the "Report" button on the offended post.

A member of our staff will review the situation and take any necessary action.

How do I post my T-shirt to eBay from my Tshirtgang account?

Tshirtgang is integrated with eBay. First you will need to authorize your eBay account with Tshirtgang and choose your eBay settings.  You can do this here  [url=/cp/settings/ebay]eBay Settings[/url]
This one time setup now allows a lot of your workload to be fully automated. 
-list your shirts on eBay by clicking the eBay icon in your [url=/cp/myproducts]My Products[/url] tab.
Automatically retrieve your orders from eBay. These features along with automatically updating your customers with shipping and tracking info, tshirtgang has made managing your eBay business a breeze!

What is Sellinsta?

Sellinsta is a feature that allows you to create a one page website ("buy page" for your customers) with full shopping cart functions and fully integrated with your Tshirtgang account.  Once you choose your Sellinsta Settings you will be able to create a "buy page" for your product instantly with the click of a mouse. You can then easily promote to social sites right from the "buy page".  Best of all it's Free!

What do I do when a T-shirt sells from Sellinsta?

All orders from sellinsta will automatically appear in your shopping cart. You will then need to go to your shopping cart and proceed with payment.  That is it!

Where does payment go for my Sellinsta orders.

Payments for your Sellinsta orders will go directly to the PayPal account that you entered in your Sellinsta Settings.

How do I create  a one page site with Sellinsta

Accepted Answer

Very simple. First you will need to fill out your  Sellinsta Settings  In your settings you can check off "automatcaly post T-shirts to Sellinsta".  Now once you create a T-Shirt on Tshirtgang it will automatically create a "buy page" with all payments going directly to your PayPal account. If you do not check off the auto feature you can still create a buy page by clicking the sellinsta icon (beside the eBay icon) located under My products tab.

Where can I see my Sellinsta one page websites.

Accepted Answer

Under the My Products tab you will see the Sellinsta logo cart beside each of your T-Shirts.  By clicking on the logo it will take you to the one page website for that shirt.

How do I get traffic to my Sellinsta one page websites.

Accepted Answer

You can share the page using many social sharing websites.

Each Sellinsta site has share buttons on the bottom of the page that allows you to share your site with a click of  a button.

What do I do when I get an eBay order?

You can either [url=/cp/create]Create Order[/url] manually or if you have already authorized your eBay account click on "retrieve eBay orders" located in your [url=/cp/cart]Shopping Cart[/url] Tshirtgang will then check your eBay account for any new orders and will automatically place them in your [url=/cp/cart]Tshirtgang Shopping Cart[/url] Your orders will then be processed as soon as checkout is complete.

What is the differance from listing with eBay Basic & eBay Pro

eBay Basic - Creates a listing with no size selections and a quantity of one.

eBay Pro - Creates a listing with that allows the T-shirt to be ordered in any size and allows you to have multiple quantities available.

eBay has strict selling limits on new eBay selling accounts and they do no allow you to list with size selections and multiple quantities.  If you are posting with a new eBay account then please use eBay basic to post your shirts.

If you have an existing eBay selling account and are a proven sellers then we recommend using eBay Pro.

Do you offer a tracking number with orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all orders going to the United States receive a tracking number in real time. International orders will receive a tracking number that may only be valid in the United States. Local carriers may continue to use the tracking number provided to update delivery information.

Where can I sell my T-shirt designs that i submitted to tshirtgang?

Once you have submitted your design to Tshirtgang you can offer it for sale on any marketplace you choose.

We will not print designs that are deemed inappropriate such as: explicit graphic nudity, child nudity, hate material against any creed or race.

eBay Retrieve - How Does it Work?

Accepted Answer

After users have authorized their eBay account through Tshirtgang, they can begin posting products they have created onto eBay. Once those items sell, Tshirtgang can help retrieve and organize bulk orders for quick and easy processing.

The eBay retrieve feature works by checking for new orders since the last time you checked. Each time you check for new orders, we'll remember when you retrieved your last order till the next time you check.

Example: If you retrieve your cart at 5:00PM EST, the next time you check the scan will retrieve from 5:00PM EST till the exact time you click the button again.

Tshirtgang can retrieve customers' shipping information, what t-shirt they have purchased off of you and even the size. Tshirtgang will match this information up with products you have created through us and automatically put all your new orders into your shopping cart, ready for submitting!

Users just need a valid email address to start sending invites out. Once a user invites their friends, they'll be sent an invitation email from Tshirtgang with a registration code and link. Once new users register using the provided link they will be part of your gang.

Once your invite activates their account through the registration link that you sent them they will become part of your gang . You can view all your members and their progress under the [url=/cp/mygang]My Gang[/url] tab and you will now earn a 5% royalty from all their sales. (minus s/h)

What shipping address is used for processing orders?

Tshirtgang.com uses shipping information provided by each individual seller when they use the [url=/cp/create]Create Order[/url] button.

Once Tshirtgang has received your order, they will ship to the address provided through the Create Order page. We do not use your PayPal address on file to ship to your address, but instead ship directly to your customers.

Adding A Custom Label

For sellers looking to update their current eBay auctions to be compatible with Tshirtgang product IDs, it's easy with Seller Manager Pro.

Here's how to add a custom label to your existing auctions:
Login to your eBay account and navigate to your Seller Manager Pro (Seller Manager Pro requires a monthly subscription on eBay).
Now navigate to your "Active" listings and click on "Customize" on the top right-hand corner. Enable the field "Custom Label", which should now show under your list of active eBay listings.

To make your products compatible with Tshirtgang, enter your Product ID number into your custom label field and click save. Now when you retrieve your products you should automatically have all the information filled out.

What appears on your shipping labels?

Tshirtgang ships orders directly to your customers in a blank package, containing only your customers information. Tshirtgang does not include our name or branding anywhere in the package.

Tshirtgang.com encrypts all login passwords. We do not provide passwords or password resets through email or telephone support.

Sellers can close their Tshirtgang.com account by navigating to Account Settings > Account, scroll to the bottom and follow the link under "Delete My Account".

Tshirtgang.com currently uses a variety of shirt makes and brands, depending on the style/color/size that you choose. These products are predetermined for you, based on availability and location.

Are all your shirts pre-treated?

Not all of our shirts require pre-treatment. Darker color shirts with specific designs do require an underbase to ensure the design will last longer and not wash off.

The pre-treatment area is the size of our printing area and easily washes off after the first wash. Your customers should receive a notice inside the package if the pre-treatment is highly visible. This area could look like a large transparent, or translucent, square or rectangle.

The pre-treated area is a non-toxic water based coating that helps your design last as long as possible.

Can I Cancel An Order?

Tshirtgang.com allows member's to cancel orders before they have been printed by our staff.

Every order submitted can be canceled before they have been printed, which can be found under the Order number information page, located under your Order History. This page contains all the details of your order, including live tracking of your orders progress.

To cancel an order, a [Cancel] link will be visible at the top right hand corner of your order. If this link is not available, it will be too late to cancel or make any changes to this order.

A credit will be applied to your account for the amount of the order once canceled.

I sell on an international eBay website, can I still use Tshirtgang?

If you currently use another website other than ebay.com or ebay.ca, you can still use tshirtgang. 

Because tshirtgang.com ships from both Canada and the United States, we currently only support ebay.ca and ebay.com. You will be required to use ebay.ca or ebay.com with our provided postal or zipcode to use our integrated tool.

Once your item has been prepared for shipping and gets updated with a tracking number, Tshirtgang will sync tracking numbers and fulfillment status, where applicable, to the marketplace your item was sold on, every 15 minutes.

Syncing of tracking numbers will only work if you use the Retrieve Marketplace Orders button from your shopping cart. 

Currently, WooCommerce only offers fulfillment status completion and does not offer tracking numbers to be synced to your store.

If you are looking to order shirts for yourself, we have you covered!

When creating a new order, through the Create Order page, click on "Personal Order" on the right hand side, and fill out your shipping information.

This personal order will be offer our lowest price on Classic and Premium T-shirts, shipped within the United States. There are no minimum or maximum quantiles for personal orders - order as many as you want!

You can only modify your address once every 90 days. Once an order has been created with your new address, we'll keep a record of this in our database and automatically fill out shipping information on your next order!
