Cancellations
Because orders are processed and sent to the press quickly, we cannot cancel an order once it has been printed.
If your order has not yet been printed, you can cancel it from the order details page — open it from your Order History and click Cancel. If the Cancel link is no longer visible, the order has already moved into production and cannot be stopped.
Our quality guarantee
We work hard to make sure every print meets our standard. When something falls short, we’ll either issue an account credit or send a free replacement — whichever you prefer.
You qualify for a credit or replacement when:
- Wrong style, colour, or size — the garment we printed doesn’t match what’s on the order page.
- Printing error — the artwork is misaligned by more than one inch off-centre from the provided placement.
- Incorrect artwork — the finished print differs from the artwork you supplied.
- Damaged or missing garments — the parcel didn’t arrive, or arrived torn or otherwise damaged.
What we don’t cover
Each product is custom-printed on demand, so we’re not able to refund or reprint for buyer-side issues. The following don’t qualify for a credit:
- The wrong size was ordered.
- The order was placed by mistake.
- The item is no longer needed or wanted.
- The item arrived later than expected.
- The garment doesn’t fit (please consult the size chart on each product before ordering).
Submitting a claim
Submit claims through our support ticket system. Please include your order number and clear photos of the received garment so we can review what happened on our end.
Screenshots are required for every credit request — they speed the review and let us spot a press-side issue without a back-and-forth.
We do not cover fees or losses incurred on third-party marketplaces (eBay/Etsy/Amazon/etc.); those platforms have their own buyer protection policies.
