Report Copyright Infringement

Tshirtgang respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the users of our website and services to do the same. As a logistics and fulfillment partner, we are not directly involved in the screening, designing, production, or sale of the designs listed by our sellers — but we will act promptly on valid notices of alleged infringement in accordance with the DMCA and our Terms & Conditions.

1. How to file a DMCA notice

To report content that you believe infringes a copyright you own or control, send us a written notice by email to notice@rightsrelay.com. Your notice should comply with Section 512(c)(3) of the U.S. Copyright Act and include every item listed in the next section. Incomplete notices cannot be processed and will be returned for correction.

2. Information your notice must include

So we can review and act on your notice quickly, please include all of the following in a single email:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If the notice covers multiple works, a representative list is acceptable.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the full URL of each infringing page or product on Tshirtgang (for example, https://www.tshirtgang.com/marketplace/product/12345). We need enough detail to locate the material on our service.
• Your contact information — full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address where we can reach you.
• A good-faith statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• An accuracy statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Your physical or electronic signature (a typed full name at the bottom of the email is sufficient for an electronic signature).

3. Where to send your notice

Submit completed notices to our designated IP notice address:

This inbox is monitored by Rights Relay, our dedicated intellectual property review team. Submitting through this address is the fastest way to have your claim reviewed. Notices sent to unrelated Tshirtgang support channels may be delayed or redirected.

4. Counter-notices

If you are a seller or user whose content has been removed or disabled following a DMCA notice, and you believe it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice to the same address (notice@rightsrelay.com). A valid counter-notice must contain:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Tshirtgang may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.

On receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may forward a copy to the original complainant. Unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity, we may, in our discretion, restore the removed material in 10–14 business days in accordance with the DMCA.

5. Repeat infringers

It is Tshirtgang's policy, in appropriate circumstances and in our sole discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users, sellers, or storefronts who are the subject of repeated infringement notices or who we otherwise determine to be repeat infringers. This action may be taken without prior notice.

6. Notice of potential misuse

The DMCA notice process is not a forum for resolving general business disputes, trademark disagreements about product naming, or other matters outside of the scope of copyright law. Submitting a DMCA notice for material you do not actually own or have authority to act on behalf of, or to interfere with a competitor, may expose you to legal liability. If you are asserting rights other than copyright (for example, trademark, right of publicity, or privacy rights), please describe the nature of the right and the specific material at issue clearly in your email.

Questions that are not takedown notices (for example, general questions about our services, orders, or sellers) should be sent to our regular support team via the contact page rather than to notice@rightsrelay.com.
